Furnace

Your furnace is the heart of your home's comfort. We inspect the heat exchanger, clean the cabinet, replace your filter on schedule, and check that everything is running safely and efficiently, so you're never left in the cold.

Smoke & CO Detectors

We test every smoke and carbon monoxide detector in your home, replace batteries, and flag any units approaching their expiry date. It's a simple check that keeps your family protected around the clock.

Air Conditioner​

Before the summer heat arrives, we check your AC unit inside and out — cleaning the condenser coils, inspecting refrigerant lines, and clearing debris from around the unit so it cools your home efficiently all season long.

Exhaust Fans

Bathroom and kitchen exhaust fans prevent moisture and mould from building up in your home. We clean the grilles, check that the exterior flapper is opening properly, and make sure air is actually moving out of the home.

Windows & Doors

Drafty windows and doors quietly drive up your energy bills. We lubricate hinges, locks, and sliders, inspect weatherstripping and door sweeps, and check seals for failure — keeping the cold out and the warmth in.

Humidifier​

Alberta's dry air is hard on your home and your family. We replace your humidifier's water panel annually, clean the reservoir, and check the solenoid valve so your home stays comfortable and your woodwork stays protected.

Garage Door

We lubricate the tracks, rollers, and springs, test the auto-reverse safety sensors, and check the header and door for any cracks or wear, keeping your garage door reliable and your family safe.

Water Heater

A failing water heater is one of the most common causes of basement flooding. We flush sediment buildup, inspect the temperature and pressure relief valve, and check the anode rod, catching small problems before they become expensive ones.

HRV

Your HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) is the lungs of your home, it brings in fresh air while recovering heat from the air going out. We clean the core and filters and check the exterior intake and exhaust hoods to keep your indoor air quality healthy.

Sump Pump

Your sump pump is the only thing standing between your basement and a flood. We test its operation, clear debris from the pit, and check the backup battery so it's ready when you need it most.

Heat Pump​

Heat pumps work year-round, so we service them in both spring and fall. We clean the outdoor coils, replace filters, check the condensate drain, and make sure the system is switching between heating and cooling properly.

Gas Fireplace

We clean the glass, inspect the pilot light assembly, check the blower fan, and look at the venting to make sure your fireplace is safe, clean, and ready to use when the temperature drops.

Breaker Panel

Your electrical panel is one of the most overlooked safety items in the home. We perform a thermal scan to identify hot spots, tighten connections, and exercise breakers annually, protecting your home from electrical fire risk.

Water Softener

Hard water shortens the life of every water-using appliance in your home. We check your salt levels, clean the brine tank, and run a manual regeneration if needed, keeping your plumbing and appliances protected.

Gutters

Clogged gutters are one of the leading causes of foundation damage and basement leaks. We clear debris, check the slope, and make sure your downspouts are directing water well away from your home's foundation.

Roof

We inspect your shingles for lifting, cracking, or exposed nails, clear moss and debris, and flag any areas of concern early — before a small issue becomes a costly repair or insurance claim.

Deck & Patio

We inspect your deck boards and railings for rot, loose fasteners, and structural wear, check the ledger board connection to your home, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a safety hazard.

Radon Detector

Radon is a naturally occurring gas that's the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smokers, and it's common in Alberta homes. We verify your detector is powered and check that long-term average readings are within safe levels.

Floor Drain

Floor drains are easy to forget, until a pipe bursts and you need them most. We pour water into the drain to maintain the p-trap seal and clear any debris from the grate so it's ready to do its job when it counts.

Sealants & Caulking

Cracked or missing caulking in wet areas like showers, tubs, and sinks is one of the most common causes of hidden water damage. We inspect and replace failing sealants before moisture finds its way into your floors and walls.

Dryer Vent

A clogged dryer vent is one of the most common, and most overlooked, fire hazards in the home. We clean out lint buildup from the full length of the exhaust duct and check that the exterior vent is opening and closing properly.
