With Squad they provide a detailed list of items, they indicate what they will take care of and also a list of those the homeowner can do themselves, and if not able or wanting to do ourselves, we can enlist Squad or one of their certified vendors to do the work for us. So glad I decided to go with Squad Life! They take care of literally everything, from checking for leaks and mold to servicing HVAC and changing my furnace filters. During an inspection, they even found mold hiding in my wall that I never would have noticed. They helped me find someone affordable to fix it right away, which I’m so thankful for.
